Sullivan, Douglas J.

I was raised in Milwaukee attending Marquette University High School and then Regis College in Denver, Colorado. I then graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1983. My first legal experiences were as an Assistant City Attorney in the Milwaukee City Attorney's Office and as an Assistant District Attorney for Milwaukee County.

My wife of over 30 years, attorney Thea Keane, and I have raised four children and one grandchild. We started Host & Keane S.C. in Brookfield, WI. Our emphasis has always been on representing families and individuals in all types of legal issues. My practice is primarily representing persons injured through the carelessness of others and those accused of crimes. My experience in these fields and others has given me the ability to competently and fairly evaluate the legal issues affecting my clients and to advise them as to the best course of action to seek their remedies through the legal process.

I am admitted to practice before all Wisconsin Courts, including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. I am also admitted to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. I am a member of the Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee Bar Associations and a member of the Wisconsin Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
