Carrie F. Keller represents a variety of business and individual clients regarding business legal matters, including business planning, financing, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and general corporate counsel advice, business succession planning, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. Ms. Keller received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated with college honors. She received her law degree from the St. Louis University School of Law in 2003 where she was a staff editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. Ms. Keller is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
