Stuart, Sabrina A.

Mr. Kaufman is a 1998 graduate of Brandeis University. In 2001 he earned his Juris Doctorate at The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where he completed the intensive trial advocacy program.

After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Kaufman received an appointment as an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County where he tried numerous cases on behalf of the People of The State of New York.

After working for a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm in Manhattan, Mr. Kaufman returned to public service as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Kaufman tried medical malpractice cases involving State run facilities.

In 2007, Mr. Kaufman joined the firm of DANKNER, MILSTEIN & RUFFO, PC, where he represents clients in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

Mr. Kaufman is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
