Tracy has experience in a broad range of commercial and complex litigation matters, including in the areas of antitrust, products liability, unfair competition, business torts, insurance defense, the Employee Retirement Income and Securities Act (ERISA), and the False Claims Act. She has experience with all aspects of discovery, law and motion, and appellate practice in the federal and state court levels. Tracy is active in the pro bono community, currently serving on the board of and as a panel member of the AIDS Legal Referral Panel, for whose clients she has obtained political asylum and obtained favorable settlements in confidentiality matters.
