Strippoli, Nicole

James P. Stouffer is known as J.P. J.P.'s areas of concentration are estate planning and administration, business planning, and real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, having received his undergraduate degree in Economics in 1966 and his law degree in 1969, and is listed in Best Lawyers in America in the Trusts and Estates area of practice.

After law school, J.P. clerked for one year with the Oregon Court of Appeals, and then practiced for three years with a large law firm in Portland. In 1973, he moved to Colorado and has practiced law in the Denver area ever since.

Speaking to community groups on wills, trusts, and estate planning is one of J.P.'s favorite activities. He understands the desire of the public to be better informed on estate planning issues, and thus frequently shares his knowledge with interested organizations. Additionally, he has presented seminars and taught courses for insurance companies on estate planning matters.

J.P. is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and currently serves as a member of the Title Standards Committee of the Real Estate and Titles Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Assisting clients with real estate matters, particularly as they are combined with estate administration and planning, is something J.P. enjoys.

J.P. enjoys the close relationships he has developed with many of his clients. His many years of experience and the variety of matters with which he has dealt have given him a broad perspective to draw upon for their benefit.
