Keith H. Stolzenberg is a member of the firm and was born in Brooklyn, New York on April 27, 1965. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1988 from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from the University of Florida. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1991. Mr. Stolzenberg is a member of the Florida Bar and an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Mr. Stolzenberg began his practice with Kelley, Drye & Warren, LLP.
Mr. Stolzenberg concentrates his practice in Real Estate, Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Business Law, and chairs those departments at the Firm. He has had extensive experience in all phases of real property acquisition, financing, development, sales and leasing, including the determination and formation of appropriate holding entities, negotiation and drafting of contracts, leases, loan and transactional documentation, condominium conversion, hotel rental pool formation, and evaluation and issuance of title insurance. Mr. Stolzenberg represents developers, investors, hoteliers, financing companies, financing services, real estate brokers, and other clients in the real estate industry.
