Strauss, Andrew A

Ruth Karper's practice focuses on employment advice and litigation.  Ruth advises companies in managing risk, conducts internal corporate investigations, and litigates cases, including discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, and whistleblower claims.  Ruth also handles disputes involving breach of contract, product liability, and personal injury. 

Ruth took an industry course in well control and obtained the IADC WellCap certification.  During the course, Ruth trained on a simulator system to recognize the signs of a kick and resolve the situation to prevent a well control event.
