Matthew B. Stoddard is a premises liability, products liability, and transportation, liability attorney. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he studied Chemistry and wrote for the University's newspaper. Before receiving his law degree, Mr. Stoddard worked in the in-house legal department of one of the world's largest manufacturers of automobile parts.

Mr. Stoddard graduated with honors from the University of Georgia's School of Law where he published an article on medical licensing reform. He also received a semester of legal training at Oxford University in England.

Before joining Law & Moran, Mr. Stoddard was a defense attorney. He defended product liability cases for the world's largest appliance manufacturer, tractor-trailer wreck cases for multiple global transportation companies, and medical malpractice cases for both healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals. He also litigated business disputes and fraudulent transfer actions.
