Leor is an associate in the Directors and Officers Practice Group. He represents insurers in state and federal courts in coverage actions involving a wide variety of coverage issues including rescission, bad faith and allocation. Leor represents primary and excess insurers in coverage matters involving directors and officers liability policies, professional liability policies and general liability policies. He also represents employers in matters involving discrimination claims and post-employment restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Leor was an associate at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge where he represented insurers in coverage matters and litigated coverage actions in state and federal court.
Leor received his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from SUNY Binghamton in 2004 and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Leor also volunteered as a Big Brother with the Big Brother Big Sister Program at the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services in Manhattan.
Licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey, Leor is admitted to appear before the Southern District of New York; Eastern District of New York; Western District of New York and District of New Jersey
