Alison Kapilow is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2007.

Practice

Ms. Kapilow has experience advising public and private companies on general corporate and securities law matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kapilow was an associate in the private equity group of the corporate department at a New York-based international law firm, where she focused on representing private equity fund sponsors and investors in joint ventures, private equity transactions and venture capital financings. Prior to law school, Ms. Kapilow worked extensively in media communications for companies including Lifetime Television, NBC and Boston Magazine.
