Diane Stolbach, graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University School of Law (Newark), concentrates her practice on corporate transactions and corporate litigation.

Stolbach is a business lawyer who draws on her 25 years of experience in both contract and corporate transactions along with commercial litigation to offer clients practical targeted solutions.

When Stolbach agreed to become an existing client’s general counsel and head a group of telecommunication companies, she acquired valuable business and legal experience that has continued application to the firm’s clients. Along with Stolbach’s substantial experience in the Federal and State Courts, Stolbach is experienced in representing creditor’s in the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
