J. Todd Kale is a shareholder with Baron & Budd. He joined the firm in 2008 when the firm consolidated with Dallas-based law firm Silber Pearlman. Todd worked with mesothelioma sufferers and other victims of asbestos-related disease at Silber Pearlman from 1993, shortly after the law firm was founded, and continues that work at Baron & Budd.
