Josen Kalra is a litigator with broad experience in business and employment litigation. He has represented individuals and corporations in claims brought under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Labor Code, and California Business and Professions Code.

Josen also has experience prosecuting wage and hour class action matters alleging independent contractor misclassification, unpaid overtime, minimum wage violations, meal and rest period violations, expense reimbursement claims, and claims pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 17200.

Prior to joining Aegis Law Firm, PC, Josen was a litigation associate with the national law firm of Thelen Reid & Priest in San Francisco. Josen previously owned and operated his own beverage company selling healthy probiotic yogurt drinks to retailers.
