Jim is a Mediation & Arbitration Trainer and Lecturer. He has spoken on Mediation at numerous Seminars throughout Georgia and speaks on Ethics and Professionalism in Mediation to Attorneys and Insurance Adjusters, who receive Continuing Education Credits for attending.

Mr. Stewart is always looking for ways to become more creative in Mediation and to refine his Mediation skills and techniques. In light of these goals, Jim continues to learn at every opportunity, both in and out of the classroom by participating not only in numerous organizations, but also through studies such as the 3 day Advanced Mediator's Summit, for selected and experienced mediators in the Southeast, at Lipscomb University's Institute For Conflict Management, April, 2007, led by Dr. Larry Bridgesmith, Executive Director; Dr. L. Randy Lowery, educator/founder of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law.
