Eric Steinhoff, a partner with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A., focuses his practice on several areas of civil defense litigation, including personal injury, professional liability, insurance law, retail practice and products liability. Eric is an active member of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. Eric is also active with the Volunteer Lawyers Network, and has coached the North View Junior High Mock Trial team for the past 7 years in competitions through the Minnesota State Bar Association.
In addition to his litigation practice, Eric enjoys writing articles and presenting Continuing Legal Education classes on topics relevant to his practice. Eric has written articles published in The Hennepin Lawyer and Minnesota Business Magazine. He has presented at conferences and taught classes through The Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, The Ramsey County Bar Association and The Minnesota Trucking Association.
