Cary D. Steklof, born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Northwestern University in 2007 and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010. During law school he was an editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review, which also published his article on medical tourism. Cary has served as a judicial intern to Federal Magistrate Judge Robin S. Rosenbaum in the Southern District of Florida and as a legal intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Ft. Lauderdale. He has volunteered his time at Broward County’s Teen Court and the Center on Wrongful Convictions in Chicago.
