Mr. Joy received his B.A. from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Upon graduating from Law School, Mr. Joy clerked for the Honorable Joseph A. Dugan in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. Before joining the Law Offices of Thomas C. Mooney, Mr. Joy served as a Felony Trial Attorney for the Office of the Public Defender in Prince George's County and an Assistant State's Attorney for Montgomery County.
