Steindorff, Amelia K.

Ms. Lori Jordan has been practicing law for over 10 years.  She joined the Las Vegas office of Brown, Bonn & Friedman as an associate in 2011.   Immediately prior to joining our firm, Ms. Jordan practiced law in a wide variety of legal discplines as a sole practicioner.  Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of Nevada's best strategists, business people, legal writers and lawyers. 

Ms. Jordan attended the University of Nevada for her undergraduate studies where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Magna cum laude.  Ms. Jordan then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, where she attended on a scholarship.   She is admitted to the practice of law in both Nevada and Oregon.

The current focus of Ms. Jordan's practice centers upon complex civil litigation, including products liability, construction law, consumer law, real estate law and class action cases.  In addition to the above, she also has experience with business litigation, creditor-debtor law, commerical and consummer bankruptcy, labor and employment law, bodily injury law and Federal tax law.  Ms. Jordan has participated in over 50 mediation sessions. 

Ms. Jordan is a politically active advocate at the state and local level.  She has personally drafted proposed changes to existing legislation on a pro bono basis in her spare time.  Ms. Jordan has successfully testified at public hearings before various administrative boards in Nevada in an effort to protect the interests of consumers.
