Laura Jordan is a partner in the law firm of Powers & Santola, LLP. Her practice is limited to the representation of serious and catastrophically injured individuals with special emphasis on medical malpractice and delayed diagnosis of cancer.

Before joining Powers & Santola, LLP in 2004, Laura held the prestigious position of Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, in Albany, New York.
Laura is a charter member and director of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. She is also a member of the Albany County, New York State and New York State Women's Bar Associations.
In addition to her busy practice, Laura authors the monthly "Tort and Civil Procedure" case law review for the Albany County Bar Association newsletter and the Third Department Review for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Laura lives with her husband, Patrick, and their two children, in Castleton-On-Hudson, New York.
