Steinberg, Peter

Mr. Stein focuses primarily on medical malpractice litigation, representing doctors, medical facilities, and patients in a variety of matters. His practice also includes corporate and personal injury litigation, and general representation of start-up companies and venture capitalists. Mr. Stein has successfully defended several of California’s medical employees in lawsuits filed against them in state and federal court, and has argued in front of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of California. Prior to joining the Nield Law Group, Mr. Stein earned his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Mr. Stein was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and worked as a Teacher’s Assistant in Advanced Legal Writing, advising other law students about how to improve their writing and refine their arguments. Mr. Stein graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Biochemistry and a minor in Chemistry.

Mr. Stein was born in Seattle, Washington and is one of six siblings. He is an avid Seattle Seahawks and Washington Huskies fan. When he’s not working, he travels, plays guitar, and tutors high school students in science and mathematics.
