Stassin, Larry D.

Mr. Jones is a staff attorney in the business litigation department focusing his practice representing commercial and retail lending institutions, manufacturing companies, and material and service providers, in commercial collection matters, real property foreclosures, mechanic's and material man's lien actions and personal property replevins in both state and federal court.

Mr. Jones has gained extensive litigation experience at trial, arguing motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss.  He served as law clerk for the Shawnee County District Court from 2002 to 2004.
