My practice is devoted solely to civil and criminal litigation and appeals. I served in the United States Navy for five years as a Judge Advocate General. I also served as a special assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia. For the last 20 years, I have handled civil and criminal cases in California. The cases range from civil commercial litigation, professional negligence, personal injury, white collar crimes, and major felonies. I have appeared in the California Supreme Court for oral arguments and I currently represent three defendants who are appealing judgment of death.
