DUANE J. ST. PIERRE

Duane J. St. Pierre graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1973, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Accounting and Finance. Venturing out into the real world, Mr. St. Pierre moved to Chicago and subsequently became a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. After practicing accounting with large corporations in the Chicago area for several years, Mr. St. Pierre entered Illinois Institute of Technology-Chicago Kent College of Law where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law and graduated with high honors in June, 1983.

The combination of a law degree with accounting and finance degrees provided Mr. St. Pierre the opportunity to develop a diversified legal career representing both commercial and individual clients in both litigation and transactional matters. After practicing law for several years at major downtown law firms, Mr. St. Pierre established his own firm, as he wanted a more personalize practice of law. It is this philosophy and educational background upon which the firm operates, concentrating in commercial and personal civil litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels in family law, estate, probate and trust litigation; estate planning and administration; and business matters.
