After graduating law school at Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan, Allyson moved to Marquette, Michigan where she worked as an attorney for a small general practice firm. There she was introduced to a variety of different practice areas, including social security disability and supplemental security income cases. Although she worked on a number of different types of cases, Allyson soon began to prefer social security practice as well as grow fond of the clients she was able to represent. Upon receiving an offer from Jeffrey A. Rabin and Associates, Ltd., Allyson moved to Illinois in order to continue her practice of representing clients seeking social security disability and supplemental security income benefits.
Allyson understands that the process of applying for or appealing an unfavorable social security decision can be a confusing and frustrating process. She is committed to listening to and communicating her clients’ concerns to the Social Security Administration and fighting for her clients to receive the benefits they need.
