Zisca St. Clair, a Principal of Rome McGuigan, P.C., focuses her practice extensively in the area of civil litigation, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, plaintiffs' personal injury, taxation, products liability, and intellectual property matters. She has served as first and second chairs in civil and criminal trials and hearings. She also conducts investigations of former and current employees on behalf of corporate entities. In addition, she has been involved in numerous matters involving sovereign immunity concerning Indian Tribes in civil and criminal matters. Zisca received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and graduated from State University of New York College at Buffalo and is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, United States District Court, District of Connecticut and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Hartford County and Connecticut Bar Associations; George Crawford Black Bar Association; Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association; Defense Research Institute; and Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association.
