St. Phillip, Peter D.

Julie R. Johnson earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and graduated as valedictorian.  She then obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil law and her J.D. from Louisiana State University.  Ms. Johnson has been a member of the firm since her graduation from law school and became a partner with Moody & Johnson in 2008. 

She practices in the areas of insurance defense and governmental and municipality law and litigation.  Julie has represented municipalities throughout the area through the Louisiana Municipal Association.   

She also focuses her practice on estate planning, with an emphasis on wills, trusts, special needs planning, and asset protection.  Mrs. Johnson also received extensive training in Medicaid Practice Systems, which is a national organization dedicated to specialized training in asset protection planning and Medicaid qualification.
