Although Ms. Spencer is our newest attorney, she has had practical experience working in the legal arena. While she was in college, Ms. Spencer clerked with The Spencer Law Firm doing various administrative tasks, organizing files and documents, assisting attorneys with discovery, depositions and other various assignments. Also, during college, she clerked with the Texas Attorney General's office in the anti-trust division for almost two years.

After graduating law school, Ms. Spencer began working with The Spencer Law Firm as a law clerk doing research, file management, motions, discovery and document review. Her current practice and docket includes product liability cases, securities civil and regulatory issues and general business litigation. She has worked on securities regulatory matters involving the Texas Securities Board, FINRA, the Certified Financial Planner's Board and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

Ms. Spencer has had experience in the transactional side of the practice and will be focusing her efforts on capital formation, contracts and business organizations.
