Mr. Johnson received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005, with a double major in Political Science and History. He was a member of the Dean’s List and was awarded Political Science Departmental Honors.
Mr. Johnson obtained his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2009, where he participated in both the trial practice and appellate advocacy programs. During law school Mr. Johnson clerked for a judge in the San Francisco Superior Court, drafting recommended rulings on both discovery and trial matters. He also clerked for the Union Pacific Railroad Legal Department in Roseville, where he worked on a wide range of litigation and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Low McKinley Baleria & Salenko, LLP, Mr. Johnson was an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm in Long Beach. His practice there included employment litigation, premises liability, and class actions.
Mr. Johnson's current practice consists of medical, nursing and hospital liability defense, including claims for dependent adult and elder neglect and abuse.
