Spilatro, Joseph

Joseph is a native to Clearwater, Florida and has always had a passion for helping others in the community.   Since high school he has volunteered at several organization and events in the community that help those who are in need. 

In high school, he attended a Criminal Justice magnet program which sparked his interest to become a lawyer.  He received his Associate’s degree at St. Petersburg College where he graduated with honors.  At the University of South Florida, Joseph graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications.    Joseph graduated from the David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C.  While in law school, he participated in two legal clinics that helped people in need of representation but could not afford an attorney. 

While in college, Joseph started working as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm which solidified his desire to help those who are injured receive the money and benefits they deserve.  He saw the injustice that occurred to those who became injured due to no fault of their own.  He doesn’t back down to the strong-arm tactics the insurance companies attempt to use to get people to take less than they deserve.  He will help guide you through the complicated process and work hard to make sure justice is found in your case. 

Since graduating from law school, Joseph has continued to volunteer his time to those in need and fight for the rights of injured people.  He is also a member of the Clearwater Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  At Bill Beck Law, Joseph handles all areas of personal injury law, including auto accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and Social Security Disability.  He will work hard to make sure you receive the compensation and benefits you deserve.
