Spiegel, Scott D.

Melissa M. Spearman was born in Newark, New Jersey and grew up in Dublin, Georgia. In 2006, Melissa graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a B.B.A. In 2010, she received her J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. Ms. Spearman continued her education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she earned her LL.M. in Taxation.
