South, Daryl Miller

Michael D. Jay is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2008.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jay was a counsel at another firm in Los Angeles, where his practice focused on intellectual property and technology matters, including prosecuting patent infringement claims, trademark infringement claims and the alleged theft of trade secrets. He has also handled complex cases involving antitrust claims, Section 17200 claims for unfair business practices and copyright infringement claims.
