Abraham Jaros, co-partner of Jaroslawicz & Jaros, is a seasoned and successful trial lawyer who began his career over 39 years ago, aggressively representing the rights of the indigent and poor while working for the New York Legal Aid Society. Mr. Jaros is extremely impassioned in representing the rights of the injured against well-funded corporations and insurance companies.

He has tried hundreds of cases and won numerous multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients. Starting as far back as 1984 and 1985, Mr. Jaros won the first $1 million plus verdict in Sullivan County and $2 million verdict in Albany, both in medical malpractice lawsuits. In 1987 he won a $2 million dollar verdict on behalf of a model that had developed acne caused by face cream. During the next decades, Mr. Jaros has continued to prosecute cases, securing the highest verdict ever in a Family Medical Leave Act case, and representing clients in cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, Jones Act/Maritime law, Labor law, automobile accidents, disability and life insurance disputes, premises liability, police abuse, foster care abuse, general personal injury matters as well as commercial litigation.
