Ileana Solano Phelps graduated from Saint Buenaventura University Law School in Colombia, South America. She served as a legal counsel to the Colombian government before coming to the United States to practice U.S. immigration law. Ms. Phelps has successfully assisted hundreds of clients to obtain visas, extensions of status, greencards and to become United States citizens. She represents clients in immigration court, including deportation and asylum hearings. And she's an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
