After honing his litigation skills at Hughes Watters Askanase from 1998 to 2011, Henry moved his practice to Sugar Land to focus on commercial and consumer litigation. Before beginning his legal career, Henry practiced as a certified public accountant, serving as senior management consultant and auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, followed by a graduate degree in economics before entering law school. Henry's financial background in accounting and economics give him critical insight to identify pivotal aspects of legal problems and to offer sound advice and representation. Henry was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1997 and the State Bar of Illinois in 1996. He is also admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Courts of Texas (Southern, Western, Northern and Eastern), the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court of Northern Illinois.
