Kristine Snow began practicing law in 1992. She currently focuses her practice primarily in family law, bankruptcy and appeals, and also provides services in estate planning, probate, real estate and limited liability corporation formation. Kristine enjoys developing unique solutions for your troubled financial or family problems, or helping avoid those problems through advanced planning.
Kristine’s career has encompassed a wide variety of experiences, providing you the flexibility needed to address your particular legal problems. She sharpened her research and writing skills by clerking for the Honorable Daniel P. Anderson (retired in 2011) of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, which addressed all types of cases in the Wisconsin Courts. She has extensive courtroom, discovery and motion experience from her almost ten years as a litigation attorney with the Madison law firm of Hurley, Burish & Milliken, S.C. She also taught computer legal research to attorneys, judges and law students across the state of Tennessee while working for a leading legal publishing company from 2003 to 2006. Teaching not only enhanced her existing legal research skills, but made her realize how important it is to explain information about new subjects to people in ways that they can easily understand. Most recently, in 2011 Kristine had the opportunity to argue—and win—her second case before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which has been the highlight of her work on many appeals.
Kristine met her husband Todd, an attorney at a large Memphis law firm while teaching in Tennessee. She talked him into moving to the “frozen tundra” of the north to open Grant, Snow & Snow, S.C. in 2007. The firm changed its name to Snow Law, S.C. in 2012, and we pledge to continue with our tradition of legal excellence.
Kristine and Todd are currently enjoying living in Waupun and participating in the community. She is the secretary of the Waupun Rotary Club and served as treasurer of the Waupun Figure Skating Club from 2009 - 2012. They are both active in the start up of the Waupun Area Recreation Project (WARP), to provide new opportunities for bike trails, disc golf, an aquatic center and more. She and her husband Todd are active parents for their gradeschooler Alaina, and Todd's sons, Ian and Alex. She is an avid Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers football and basketball fan.
