Benjamin A. Snow practices primarily in the area of eminent domain, real estate litigation, and general litigation. He was previously the law clerk in the 10th Chancery Court District for Chancellor Eugene L. Fair and Senior Chancellor for Mississippi Sebe Dale, Jr. Ben is licensed in all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Originally from Canton, Mississippi, Ben attended school in Hattiesburg at The University of Southern Mississippi where in 2004 he received a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance as well as a Masters of Business Administration in 2005. During his time at USM, Ben was the winner of the Jeff Bradley scholarship as captain of the men’s golf team. Ben attended law school at Mississippi College where he was recipient of the Lenore Prather/MLi Press Scholarship. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2008. Mr. Snow is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the State bar as well as the American Bar Association.
