Anthony Jacono practices patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law and has litigated and counseled clients in these areas. Anthony has been involved with matters covering technologies related to computer software, integrated circuits, bar code scanners, wireless communications, polypropylene manufacturing, automotive mirrors, and snowplow blades. His technical background is in the field of chemical engineering.

Anthony is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association. He is coauthor (with Robert C. Kahrl) of "Rush to Riches," 2 Minn. Intell. Prop. Rev. 52 (2001), which discusses the potential conflict of interest when a lawyer possesses an ownership interest in a client he represents.
