Gregory M. Sobo, Esq. graduated from Pine Bush High School in 1990, and graduated with honors from Colgate University in 1994. Greg then became the 10th ranked springboard diver in the United States, and made a run at the 1996 Olympic Games. Greg Sobo attended the Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated a cum laude from Colgate and was named one of the 10 best prospective trial lawyers by the National Institute of Trial Lawyers Association.
Greg Sobo began his legal career at a top New York City firm, Dechert Price & Rhoads, where he served on the trial team representing such notable clients as Philip Morris, Inc. Greg now concentrates his practice on personal injury, where he has won numerous trials and settled many cases. He has represented clients with all types of injuries, including wrongful death and brain injuries. In fact, Greg Sobo is a published author in the field of negligence and personal injury law, where his works have been recognized by authorities such as the Supreme Court of Massachusetts.
Gregory M. Sobo, Esq. is currently admitted to practice in the New York State Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of New York. Greg is the President of the Middletown Bar Association, a member of the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, the Mid-Hudson Trial Lawyer's Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and of the City Bar of New York.
Greg remains active in the community, and has volunteered his time to help coach a local high school mock trial team.
