Todd Snow's interests lie in defending individual rights and liberties in Dodge, Fond du Lac, Columbia, Green Lake, and Winnebago Counties. He is a strong advocate in the courtroom for the accused in felony and misdemeanor cases, as well as drunk driving defense, CHIPS cases and social services investigations. He also represents clients in civil lawsuits, collection matters, and post-judgment custody and placement disputes. He is willing to take on the district attorneys, police departments and sheriff departments to challenge invalid stops, improper tests/refusals, and improper searches and seizures. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Todd served his country in the Navy onboard the nuclear submarine USS Archerfish SSN (678). Todd currently serves in the Army Reserves as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer where he is a member of the 451st ESC in Witchita, KS as a member of the SJA's staff. After graduating from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, with honors, Todd served as a clerk for the Honorable David Farmer on the Tennessee Court of Appeals. After his clerkship ended, Todd took a job as a litigation attorney with a large Memphis, Tennessee law firm, Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC, where he gained experience in both State and Federal practice. Since moving to Waupun in 2006 from Memphis, Tennessee, he has been an active member of the Waupun posts of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is also on the Gift and Bequest Committee of Waupun Memorial Hospital, a member of Waupun Lions Club, and Vice President of the Waupun Area Chamber of Commerce. Todd is an avid golfer and vows to break 80 in the near future.
