Donna J. Jackson is a CPA and an attorney. She limits her practice to estate planning with an emphasis on Medicaid, VA Benefits and special needs planning, including trusts, special-needs trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and living wills. In addition, Ms. Jackson’s practice includes taxes, probate, and business organizational structure, including corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Ms. Jackson obtained a BS and MS in accounting in 1977 from Oklahoma State University. She received her JD degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1988. She earned her LLM in Elder Law from Stetson College of Law in Florida in 2010. A member of the Oklahoma Bar since 1988, she is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, the Eastern and Western District Courts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Tax Court.
Ms. Jackson is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Oklahoma State Society of CPAs, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, and Academy of Special Needs Planners. She currently serves on the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
