Smith, William B.

Oliver Smith was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He received a Bachelor’s Degree, from the University of Oklahoma in 2000, and a Juris Doctor degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tulsa in 2003.  He was admitted to the bar in 2003.

Mr. Smith began working at Taylor, Ryan, Minton, Van Dalsem & Williams, in 2011.  He is active in legal research and writing, as well as appellate work.
