He has extensive experience counseling small and large multinationals organizations with difficult immigration issues arising from reorganizations, mergers, layoffs and workforce reductions; sophisticated transfers of key personnel using HELO visas, as well as the R and TN non-immigrant visas; obtaining green cards through PERM, as well as expedited EB1 extraordinary ability, EB1 outstanding researcher, EB2 national interest waiver categories; advising on ability to pay, I-9, and public access compliance.
