Jane Oliver Smith originally a Texan by birth and education moved to the Prince William County area after practicing for several years in energy law in Washington, D.C. After beginning a family of three boys, Ms. Smith opened her own practice focusing primarily on criminal law then later went with a Fairfax law firm to expand her practice of law to real estate. Within a few years she opened a real estate settlement company and title agency and began practicing with the present law firm of Carluzzo Rochkind & Smith, PC emphasizing property law, as well as the areas of domestic relations, custody and guardian ad litem for the Juvenile & Domestic Relations General District Court.
