Ryan L. Isenberg was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2001. He received both his undergraduate degree (B.B.A. Management 1997) and his law degree (Juris Doctor, cum laude 2001) from Georgia State University. He primarily litigates business disputes arising out corporate disassociation, trademarks, domain name disputes, business torts, and restrictive covenants. He also does substantial work in the areas of business formation, trademark registration, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law, and the Business Law and Creditor's Rights sections of the State bar of Georgia. He is the author of Trademarks and the Internet (32 UWLA L. Rev. 227) published in the UWLA Law Review Symposium 2001, and Piercing the Corporate Veil – and other remedies presented at the 2006 Advanced Debt Collection seminar for ICLE Georgia.
