Joe Iannucci practices in corporate and international taxation in the areas of both planning and advocacy, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, transfer pricing, international licensing, and cross-border financings. His work involves a wide range of U.S. and non-U.S. corporate and financial transactions, intercompany pricing matters, and tax treaty issues.

Joe is a member of the ABA (Taxation Section) and has been an adjunct tax professor at Georgetown University Law Center.
