JONATHAN P. IBSEN, born Bronx, New York, August 29, 1966. Education: Fordham University (B.S. 1987); New York Law School (J.D., Order of the Barrister, 1994). Admitted to the New York Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1995. Admitted to the Arizona Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 2005. Licensed Certified Public Accountant. Member: American Bankruptcy Institute and American Civil Liberties Union. Served on the planning committee for the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ibsen was a Partner at a major Arizona Law firm where he represented various parties in multi-million dollar disputes in a variety of Courts and in high profile cases, and represented two bankruptcy estates in the largest Ponzi schemes being prosecuted in the State of Arizona. He also represented Wayne Gretzky in the Phoenix Coyotes Bankruptcy Case. Mr. Ibsen is also a Certified Public Accountant.
