Jodie’s practice at Aeton focuses on the representation and counseling of clients in litigation, insurance and business transactional matters. She has broad experience prosecuting and defending insurance coverage suits on behalf of carriers and insured's and has handled a wide range of complex civil litigation matters including business disputes, products liability, premises liability and construction litigation. Prior to joining Aeton, Jodie spent nearly 20 years practicing law in large law firm and in-house corporate counsel roles.

During her time in private practice, Jodie gained invaluable litigation experience at one of the region’s largest litigation and trial law firms. As General Counsel for a publicly traded company, she regularly argued regulatory and telecommunications matters before various governmental agencies.

Having worked in-house for a large telecommunications company and as panel counsel for a wide range of insurance carriers, Jodie recognizes the many business concerns that companies face in today’s economic environment. With a deep understanding of these challenges, Jodie is able to routinely drive legal solutions that exceed her clients’ business objectives.
