Mr. Slotnick has been a member in Bailey & Wyant, PLLC’s Charleston office since its inception. Mr. Slotnick obtained his law degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida in 1991, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts’ degree from the University of Miami. He was admitted to practice in West Virginia in 1992 and in Florida in 1991 and has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District and Northern District of West Virginia. Mr. Slotnick further serves as County Attorney for Kanawha County, West Virginia.
Mr. Slotnick’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate matters throughout the State of West Virginia; wills, trusts and estate planning; corporate entities; and, contracts. He is an agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
