Claire Hur is a member in the Seattle office. Her practice focuses on business and commercial transactions, including corporate formation, financing transactions, commercial real estate matters, as well as general commercial litigation. She also assists gaming clients with licensing and regulatory matters. In addition, Ms. Hur advises tribal clients on various business-related matters. Ms. Hur is conversational in Korean. She was named to Rising Stars for 2005, 2007 and 2010 by Washington Law & Politics magazine.
