David J. Sjoberg was born in Albertville, Minnesota, and lived in Minnesota until the age of eleven, when his family relocated to Omaha, Nebraska after his mother remarried. While growing up, David obtained the Eagle Scout award with the Boy Scouts and remains active with the organization still today. At 19, David served a two year mission for his church in Argentina where he became fluent in Spanish. Afterwards he attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha earning a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. In 1999, David returned to Minnesota and entered law school at Hamline University where he graduated in 2002. In 2003, David was brought on as an associate at Kenneth M. Wasche, P.A. located in Ham Lake, Minnesota. David became a partner soon thereafter and became president in 2006.
David is an avid outdoorsman who fishes year round and enjoys hunting turkey, waterfowl, deer, and bear. David also enjoys golfing and plays basketball in various leagues throughout the year. David, who has five brothers and six nephews, was proud to announce the birth of a healthy baby girl in September of 2007, making her the first girl born into the family in more than fifty-five years. His son was born almost two years later in March of 2009. David loves nothing more than to spend time with his wife, daughter, and son.
